"The Edge: The Edge is a symbol showing that your minions have temporarily given you an advantage over the other Methuselahs. Choose an object to represent the Edge. Any small, distinctive object, such as a figurine, trinket or a glove will do."

Earlier versions of the rulebook suggested using a candle or a hat.

I've never seen anyone use a glove - who has a spare glove anyways? - but I've seen a lot of other objects. This website is an hommage to the creativity of the VtES players when it comes to replacing hats.

Take a picture of an Edge at an event, upload it here, and vote for other players' Edges. There's no prize (but you can brag), it's just for fun.

Edges also live outside of tournaments. You can drop a pin on the world map and share an Edge from wherever you are — a pub, a friend's kitchen, a trip abroad — anytime between events. These map Edges don't go through the voting pool; they're there for the gallery, and to show where the game lives around the world. The world-map idea came from Raúl Perfecto.

Found an Edge you want to hold onto? Hit Add to Reliquary on any picture (event or map) and it lands in your personal Reliquary, reachable from your profile. Change your mind later? Remove from Reliquary clears it again.

Tip: place a card next to the Edge for scale. Make sure you ask permission from the Edge owner before uploading. Avoid taking pictures of people.
